GENMA顺利发运一台65吨移动式港口起重机


近日,一台GENMA 65吨移动式港口起重机(MHC)在太仓制造基地润禾码头顺利发运,即将运抵客户码头投入集装箱装卸作业。该设备在设计阶段即充分结合码头实际工况,以定制化方案助力客户实现高效、稳定、低维护的运营目标。

针对客户码头地基承载条件,GENMA对设备行走系统进行了专项优化,通过增加轮胎数量有效分摊载荷,显著降低了对码头结构的压力要求,从而减少基建改造投入,实现“设备适应码头”的灵活部署理念。

本台MHC最大起重量65吨,最大工作幅度32米,采用全液压驱动系统,覆盖起升、回转、变幅与行走四大机构,并搭载国际一线动力系统,确保在持续高强度作业中保持动力充沛、运行可靠。

值得关注的是,该设备在实际作业中能够有效应对集装箱重心偏移带来的吊装晃动问题,实现平稳起吊与移动,既提升了作业安全性,也降低了对操作精度的依赖,进一步提高整体装卸效率。

A GENMA 65-ton Mobile Harbor Crane (MHC) was recently shipped from RHP Port at the Taicang manufacturing base and is now en route to the customer’s terminal for container handling operations. Designed with the terminal’s actual working conditions in mind, this customized solution enables the customer to achieve efficient, stable, and low-maintenance operations.
To suit the ground-bearing capacity of the customer's terminal, GENMA optimized the crane’s travel system by increasing the number of tires. This effectively distributes the load, significantly reducing ground pressure, minimizing the need for civil upgrades, and realizing the flexible concept of “equipment adapting to the terminal.”
With a maximum lifting capacity of 65 tons and a maximum working radius of 32 meters, this MHC employs a fully hydraulic drive system that covers hoisting, slewing, luffing, and traveling functions. It is also equipped with an international top-tier power system, ensuring reliable and powerful performance during continuous, high-intensity operation.
Notably, during operation, the crane effectively handles load sway caused by off-center containers, enabling smooth lifting and movement. This not only improves operational safety and reduces dependence on operator precision but also further enhances overall handling efficiency.
